In his role as VP Engineering of Maxplore Technologies, Hari provides the vision and direction for ServiceMax, the leading SaaS Service Chain Management product in the industry! Hari provides the technology leadership for product engineering, product marketing & management, worldwide technical support and ServiceMax deployments. Hari manages the engineering team in Bangalore, India, Global Tech Support team, also based in Bangalore, India and works with our global PS teams & strategic customers on product enrichment initiatives.
Hari has more than 18 years of rich experience providing architectural & functional solutions in ERP, CRM and Service Chain Management Applications for organizations across the globe such as Hewlett-Packard, Singapore Telecom, John Hancock, Agilent Technologies, Coherent Lasers and many more large enterprises. Hari brings a deep understanding of a variety of technologies ranging from document imaging to workflow management to database & web development to SaaS applications.
Hari has a Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering from Madras University, India.
